Agua One&Only Palmilla, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. One&Only Palmilla, just named Travel + Leisure’s Top Resort in Mexico, Agua and MARKET, were designed to change the notion of resort dining. A casual poolside-dining venue, Agua is situated on a dramatic bluff overlooking the sea. Featuring renowned mexiterranean cuisine, the al fresco-style restaurant includes a Bar and two Dining Areas beneath a thatched-roof palapa, an entertaining spot for light snacks and specialty drinks served in the afternoon and evening.

MARKET, by Jean Georges Vongerichten, was inspired by contemporary Mexican architecture and boasts design features including: an entranceway encased in amber glass, an over-scale chandelier, and geometric limed oak screens.  Relaxed yet chic, in both material and color choices, custom chairs, banquettes, and rugs complement the space, further creating the warm and intimate ambiance.
