Twist by Pierre Gagnaire Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV.  A dramatic all-glass suspended wine loft accessible via a glass staircase lures visitors from the 23rd floor Sky Lobby into Twist by Pierre Gagnaire  the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas’ signature restaurant from three-star Michelin Chef Pierre Gagnaire. Upon entering the restaurant, guests are greeted with rare views of the sparkling city heights through the restaurant’s soaring 20-foot high windows. These intimate viewpoints are further enhanced by the modern design and positioning of dining tables on multi-level platforms. Once inside, the cracked plaster art walls bear resemblance to cracked eggshells, while 316 cast-glass light spheres float above guests, casting delightfully soft light on their tables below. The dark plum-colored custom carpet with cool grey undulating lines recalls the broken eggshell details from above, as guests ease into the comfort of silver leather, ebonized maple armchairs and brown woven leather banquette seats. A silver-leaf dropped ceiling with purple coves adds to the luxurious atmosphere and a window leading into the kitchen permits guests to catch a glimpse behind the scenes. For ultimate privacy, private dining can be arranged for up to ten people. The luminous textures and refined hues of the restaurant’s design complement Gagnaire’s modern twist on classic French cuisine, a dazzling setting for the ultimate Las Vegas dining experience.
