Agua One&Only Palmilla, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Tapped by luxury developer Kerzner International to create two truly memorable restaurants for One&Only Palmilla, its newly renovated world-class resort on Mexicoís Baja Peninsula, Tihany Design has conceived two distinctive spacesóeach intended to shatter preconceived notions about resort dining.

For celebrated chef Charlie Trotter, a signature oceanfront restaurant, simply called C, makes a sweeping design statement of modern elegance. A casual poolside-dining venue, Agua, is situated on a dramatic bluff overlooking the sea. The al fresco-style restaurant includes a Bar and two Dining Areas beneath a thatched-roof palapa.
