For celebrated chef Charlie Trotter, a signature oceanfront restaurant, simply called C, makes a sweeping design statement of modern elegance. A casual poolside-dining venue, Agua, is situated on a dramatic bluff overlooking the sea. The al fresco-style restaurant includes a Bar and two Dining Areas beneath a thatched-roof palapa.
